Abstract

Large-scale housing projects are repetitive or repetitive, and labor energy intake needs to be regulated, because a repetitive project work must be able to proceed without delay. Recurring construction scheduling. The purpose of this research is to apply the Line of Balance method to planning and scheduling a linear building project on a 15-unit house project. Information and field data were collected through observation and interviews with house construction contractors. Special housing development 7 Kerom. The findings show that LOB is suitable for repetitive construction projects such as housing, because LOB can explain the schedule of each recurring activity for each housing unit depicted in a line diagram, and by using LOB contractors can detect activities directly that are disrupted during the implementation period.
