Abstract

The Doyo Housing Development Project in Doyo, Sentani, Jayapura Regency, Papua experienced a delay in work. The deviation of the delay in the 20th week reached 25.23%. The purpose of this study is to analyze the optimization of costs and time. Identification of delay factors will be carried out using the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method. The crashing activities carried out are in the form of additional working hours (overtime) or additional labor. The results of this study, there are 3 main intermediate events as factors causing delays including by the Owner, by the Contractor and by environmental and surrounding conditions with a probability value of 0.712. The cost of additional labor to overcome the delay is Rp. 61,797,075.00.
