Abstract

In the analysis of the drainage system analysis research, it is located in the lower BTN Kamkey Abepura residential area, Jayapura City, where the purpose of this study is what is the maximum discharge in the drainage system in the Kamkey Abepura Lower BTN area and how to simulate runoff in the drainage system in the Kamkey Abepura Lower BTN area. using HEC RAS ​​4.1. The process for measuring the planned flood discharge requires the Rational method for the return period of the last 5 years. The results of this study obtained a planned Q value of 0.450 m3/s and an existing Q value of 0.440 m3/s. This indicates that the channel capacity is unable to accommodate the planned flood discharge (Q ) so that the evaluation of the channel dimension system uses trial and error where the channel depth (h) is 1 m, then we get a planned Q of 0.550 m3/s so that the existing channel capacity is able to accommodate the planned flood debris. Hydraulics analysis was also carried out using HEC RAS ​​4.1.0 so that problematic areas were identified due to channel dimensions that did not match the capacity.
